Refund and Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have statutory consumer rights, including a 14-day right of withdrawal.

1. Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receive the goods.

You may simply state that you wish to withdraw from your purchase and provide your order number and the product(s) concerned. You may also use the EU model withdrawal form, although this is not required.

2. Returning Products

After notifying us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase, you must send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.

Unless the product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or we have agreed otherwise, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

Please package the products securely to prevent damage during transportation.

You are responsible only for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

3. Sealed Products and Hygiene

For health protection and hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return once the seal has been broken.

For example, this may apply to sealed food, dietary supplements, or other products where the seal has been broken after delivery.

This exception does not affect your statutory rights if a product is defective, damaged, or otherwise does not conform to the contract.

4. Refunds

If you validly exercise your right of withdrawal, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery.

If you selected a more expensive delivery method than the least expensive standard delivery option offered by us, we are not required to reimburse the additional cost.

We will make the refund without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days after we are informed about your decision to withdraw.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

5. Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your product arrives damaged, defective, faulty, or is not the product you ordered, please contact us at info@teammusclemaestro.com.

Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected by this policy.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, a price reduction, or termination of the contract and a refund.

We will provide appropriate return instructions for defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products.

6. Exchanges

We do not guarantee exchanges for a different product, size, flavour, or variant.

If you would like a different product, you may return the original product where permitted under this policy and place a new order, subject to availability.
